We found out over the weekend that Paige likes to play the piano. And by playing we mean actually pushing the keys instead of banging on it.

Walking
Paige has started walking more and more. In the past few days she has walked more than she has crawled. She used to walk a bit and, if she really wanted to go somewhere, she would get down and crawl. She is still a bit wobbly but getting better. It won't be long and she will be running.
BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday was Paige's birthday! Not much happened since we are having a big party on Saturday but she got to play with her friends at the babysitter's and she got to go swimming with mommy and daddy at State Farm Park. She had lots of fun walking around the pool and going down the slide with mommy and daddy.
Slumber Party!
Last weekend we put wood floors in our bedroom and had to sleep in the livining room for a few days until it all got finished. Paige liked hanging out with mommy in the morning, especially when she got to control the remote.

Year Check Up
Last Thursday Paige had her year check up. She weighed 17 lb 14 oz and was 28 1/2 inches tall. She remains in about the 30th percentile for height and the 10th percentile for weight. Still tall and lean.
She didn't get to have her shots since it was technically a week before her birthday and the insurance wouldn't have covered it so we have to go back in about a week to get them.

Talking
Paige is starting to talk. Her first words (hard to decide which was 'first') were: momma, dada, and uh-oh. She can also say: up, hi, and thank you. She has also said, at least once: kitty, doggy, doll, sock. She also says 'wheee' when she is pushed on the swing.

Grant's Farm
Before heading home on Monday, we went to Grant's Farm in St. Louis. Paige had a good time riding the tram and looking at all the animals. It rained a lot while we where there but we still had fun.
Walking!
Paige has started walking! She took several steps over the weekend and we've been 'making' her walk today. The most steps she's taken is 5. She gets excited and starts reaching and winds up falling forward. So far falling hasn't been too bad. Not too long and she'll be running around the house really chasing the cats. Hopefully we'll have a video up soon.
Swimming!
Over the Memorial Weekend Paige got to go swimming for the first time. She really liked it even though the water was cold. Even though towards the end she was shivering she wasn't complaining and kept splashing and kicking her feet.
Memorial Weekend
Memorial Weekend was spent in Missouri visiting some of Toni's family. Paige got to do lots of new things while we where there. She also got to celebrate her birthday early!
She got some new clothes and cool new toy that didn't take her long to figure out.
Easter Present!
Paige got a wagon from Toni's parents for Easter! She was really excited! Paige loves going for wagon rides!
She thought the box was fun too....
Paige and the Pickle
Paige tried a pickle for the first time over Easter and liked it so much she needed one for each hand.
Food!
Paige is doing great at feeding herself, in fact, she prefers to feed herself rather than be fed.
