Crawling - Day 1

After Paige began crawling yesterday (or at least all the time) she has been on the move contstantly.

She has already taught us that we are not as baby proof as we might have thought.

And, she is starting to pull herself up.

Tooth Confirmed!

While we have known that Paige has a toothin the bottom of her mouth we were unable to get a good picture. We have now gotten a picture of the tooth but it is not perfect. She is teething all the time (drooling like crazy) but doesn't have any more yet.

7 Months!

Paige turned 7 months old in January. While she didn't have another doctor appointment we did end up taking her to the doctor when she was sick. Everything was fine and she had even gained a few more ounces. She is eating really well but we don't think she likes her green beans and peas much. You have to 'trick' her into eating them by feeding her something else and then switching.

Lots of fun!

Quick Update

Well, while it seems like not much has happened, I suppose a lot of different things have happened. I have realized that it has been almost a month since I posted to the blog.

Toni went on a cruise the first full week of January so Paige and I spent the week together. Everything went really well. However, right as Toni came back Paige got sick (stomach flu) from another kid at the babysitter's and proceeded to infect everyone else. She was sick for at least a week if not a little longer. I got it pretty bad for a day and then had some lingering effects for a few days. Toni didn't get it quite as bad but Toni's parents also got sick. And of course the babysitter got sick (twice) as well as some other people connected to her.

Paige is trying her best to crawl. She has the whole 'get on your knees and rock' down as well as moving backwards. She can scoot around sitting up pretty well and has figured out how to get to her stomach from sitting (without crashing) and can sit back up after moving around on the floor. Not too much longer and she'll be really mobile. She already grabs at everything.
