Talking

Paige is starting to talk. Her first words (hard to decide which was 'first') were: momma, dada, and uh-oh. She can also say: up, hi, and thank you. She has also said, at least once: kitty, doggy, doll, sock. She also says 'wheee' when she is pushed on the swing.

Grant's Farm

Before heading home on Monday, we went to Grant's Farm in St. Louis. Paige had a good time riding the tram and looking at all the animals. It rained a lot while we where there but we still had fun.

Walking!

Paige has started walking! She took several steps over the weekend and we've been 'making' her walk today. The most steps she's taken is 5. She gets excited and starts reaching and winds up falling forward. So far falling hasn't been too bad. Not too long and she'll be running around the house really chasing the cats. Hopefully we'll have a video up soon.

Swimming!

Over the Memorial Weekend Paige got to go swimming for the first time. She really liked it even though the water was cold. Even though towards the end she was shivering she wasn't complaining and kept splashing and kicking her feet.

Memorial Weekend

Memorial Weekend was spent in Missouri visiting some of Toni's family. Paige got to do lots of new things while we where there. She also got to celebrate her birthday early!

She got some new clothes and cool new toy that didn't take her long to figure out.

11 Months

I can't believe Paige is 11 months old! Almost 1 year! Holy crap!

Standing!

Paige is starting to stand more on her own.....pretty soon she'll be walking!

Paige really likes hanging out...especially with her daddy.

Easter Present!

Paige got a wagon from Toni's parents for Easter! She was really excited! Paige loves going for wagon rides!

Paige and the Pickle

Paige tried a pickle for the first time over Easter and liked it so much she needed one for each hand.

Easter!

For Easter we were in Wisconsin visiting my mother and grandmother.

Favorite Toy II

Another one of Paige's favorite toys is a Fisher Price Barn with animals.

Aunt Jan

In April, Paige got to see her Aunt Jan!

Paige likes to just hang out sometimes.

Food!

Paige is doing great at feeding herself, in fact, she prefers to feed herself rather than be fed.

Shoes!

Paige likes shoes.

Bathtime!

Paige likes to take baths. She especially likes to play with her toys and splash mommy and daddy.

Favorite Toy

One of Paige's favorite toys is a hunny pot that is filled with classical Winnie the Pooh finger puppets. Paige likes to take them all out and throw them around.

Sharing

While Paige isn't quite got the whole 'sharing' thing down, she does occasionally share her toys. She also finds it easier to carry things in her mouth rather than hands while crawling.
